In August SolSaCon started a new project in South Africa. The market chances and parameters for new intelligent service concepts were developed for a player in the telecommunications and IT industry and the technical and procedural requirements defined.

At the end of July SolSaCon ended its engagement with one of the largest global IT and IT services companies. Here several programmes and projects for the efficient increase in the area of sale management, deal management and pre sales support were successfully implemented over a longer period together with the management and employees from these areas. The essential results include improved international communication and decision making platforms.

Using many good examples "the current book "The Challenger Sale" by Matthew Dixon & Brent Adamson (of Corporate Executive Board) largely sets out what is commercially necessary and successful today. At the same time it is not only about the individual seller type but more about the “functioning” of entire organisations.

SolSaCon attaches great importance to conveying precisely this vision for the commercial success of an organisation and implementing it in the projects.
